Google API Data Usage

If you choose to connect your Google account, Employee Member Solutions uses Google OAuth only to provide calendar, task, and meeting features that you request inside the application.

Google Calendar access is used to create and update CRM task and meeting events in your Google Calendar.
Google Tasks access is used to sync CRM tasks to your Google Tasks list.
Google Meet access is used to create meeting links for scheduled CRM meetings.
Your Google profile and email address are used to identify the connected Google account.

Employee Member Solutions does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or share Google user data except as needed to provide the features you request or as required by law.

Employee Member Solutions' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
